IJO will make HOTEL RESERVATIONS for you at Marriott World Center Orlando Golf and Spa Resort Orlando, FL (first come-first served) – as indicated on your Hotel/Air Registration Form. Please be sure to include your arrival and departure dates. A reservation cannot be made without this information. Please include ages of children. If needing more than one room, indicate those sharing each room. Your credit card is required for Guarantee Only — no charges will be made.
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS & CONFERENCE DISCOUNTS

- Use the GetThere Quick Reference Guide to access your User Name/Password and booking instructions (keep handy to refer to when making your reservations).
- PLEASE BE SURE YOUR LEGAL NAME IN THE RESERVATION SYSTEM MATCHES YOUR PHOTO ID EXACTLY for airline tickets (if it does not, please correct).
- Conference Discounts have been arranged with American, United, and Continental Airlines, and Hertz Rent A Car. All applicable discounts will be reflected in final online fare costs when booked with Getthere or Worldtek.
- If you cannot book online, please indicate “Air Reservations Needed” on your Conference Hotel & Travel Form and Worldtek Travel will receive a copy of your form and email or fax you a “Suggested Itinerary For Approval”. (Please add: meetings@worldtek.com to your address book to avoid itinerary email going to spam).
- When you approve your itinerary and fare, SIMPLY CLICK “APPROVED” or email or fax approval (meetings@worldtek.com), Fax: 1-800-868-5506, WITHIN 24 HOURS OR FLIGHT WILL BE CANCELLED. YOUR TICKET CANNOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL.
