This article is important for small business owners who may be using outside services to post information to their Facebook Pages.  By giving these third parties access to your website they could highjack it for any reason.  Even though you have the legal right to maintain and keep your site, the battle to get it back would be costly and highly inconvenient.  Just be aware.
